Standard Pricing
For Standard Pricing, x2x RMH GP picks up the prices from the Price Setup in Dynamics GP. Prices need to be set up as a Percentage of List Price or as Currency amount. x2x Dynamics GP-RMH does not integrate the other methods of setting up prices.
HOW TO MAP STANDARD PRICING
To use standard pricing, the extended pricing option should be unchecked. Through provided mapping module of the price level, map RMH price levels to GP.
Extended Pricing
In Extended Pricing, prices are managed through Price Sheets. These Price Sheets are mapped to a group of customers and items and have a start and end date. Multiple Price Sheets can exist for the same customer and item group, but usually, they have different start and end dates.
HOW TO MAP EXTENDED PRICING
Enable the ‘Use Extended Pricing’ option. Integration displays all the price levels available in RMH under Price Name and Price Sheets available in Dynamics GP, valid for that day.
Through a new window, opens as a result of clicking on a row. Select the appropriate Price Sheet that needs to be mapped against the selected RMH Price Name.
