Toronto, August 10, 2019 – Last week, we had the pleasure to represent x2x eCommerce at the First Annual 2019 Retail Management Hero Partner Conference in San Antonio.

Being the very first Annual 2019 Retail Management Hero Partner Conference, there were several keynotes and thought leadership sessions to its three full-day agenda.

The Retail Management Hero
 conference attracted under 100 channel executives (which is great for the very
 first year), echoed the communication and community themes. We were happy to be
 to host several visitors with our integration suites for top-notch webstores
 like Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce and
 Amazon. CEO Jeff Riley opened the conference saying, “We want to build
 something special”. It surely shows that he was describing the shared mission
 of the entire crowd there and not merely a corporate leadership.

As promised during the Retail
 Realm Partner & User Conference, July 2018, they were able to provide Retail Management Hero Central demos and discussed important
 product plans and updates on Retail Management Hero POS and Store Manager. Retail
 Management Hero Partner Conference also showcased various 3rd-party products
 and extensions to Retail Management Hero too.

The best part is that the Retail Management
 Hero Partner conference was conducted at the end of RSPA’s RetailNOW 2019 show from July 28 to July 31, 2019.
 This really helped visitors offering more efficient travel itinerary for people
 who planned on attending and for others not familiar with RSPA to check it out.

One of the
 highlights this year is the introduction and launch of RMH Central. This
 product is a cornerstone of the long-term product strategy and its availability
 brings many new capabilities for existing and new customers. There were lots of
 audience engagement during the payments panel on the second day. Delegates talked
 mobile payments, contactless, omnichannel, blockchain, cryptocurrency, cashier less
 stores, and card brand mandates.

The first day
 kickstarted with a Cocktail Event followed by the welcoming address, banquet and
 Partner Awards. We were privileged to have the very first booth at the
 Conference Hall and helped us showcase our integration suites to the audience.

The second
 day kickstarted with the State of the Union and Roadmap that gave confidence to
 RMH partners like us to come up
 with product enhancements and offerings. We were happy to witness various
 integrations and customization solutions from other providers that shows the
 future and integration capabilities of RMH in
 today’s software market.

The third and
 final day stated with distributor meetings followed by RMH workshops where training sessions available at the end of our
 conference for aspirants in developing deeper knowledge with Retail Management Hero.

Over 16
 delegates joined us from around the globe for the first Retail Management Hero Advanced Development & Extensibility
 Training.
